The mobile route to RaiseFX is the MetaTrader 5 app. It is free, published by MetaQuotes, and available in both stores — the App Store for iPhone and iPad, Google Play for Android. After the app download you pick the RaiseFX server inside the app and sign in with your trading account credentials.
The app carries the same 500+ instruments, the same order types and the same account balance as the desktop terminal, so a position opened on a phone can be closed on a laptop and vice versa.
