To log in to RaiseFX, use the client area for account management and MetaTrader 5 (or MT4) for trading. Sign in to the client area with your registered email and password, and log in to MetaTrader with your trading account number, password and server name.

How to log in to RaiseFX

  1. Open the RaiseFX client area sign-in page and enter the email and password you registered with.
  2. For trading, launch MetaTrader 5 (or MT4) and log in with your trading account number, password and the correct server name.
  3. If you have more than one account, select the account you want before trading.
  4. Use the client area to deposit, withdraw and manage account settings.

Security & password reset

If you forget your password, use the 'forgot password' link to reset it by email. Keep your trading and investor passwords separate, and never share credentials — RaiseFX support will never ask for your full password.

RaiseFX app download and mobile sign-in

The RaiseFX mobile experience is the MetaTrader app, not a separate branded download. On Android you install MetaTrader 5 (or MetaTrader 4) from Google Play; on iPhone and iPad you install it from the App Store. Both are free and published by MetaQuotes, the platform vendor.

After the app download, search for the RaiseFX server inside the app, then sign in with the trading account number and password from your welcome email. Account management — deposits, withdrawals and document uploads — stays in the client area on the web.
